Cynthia Lynette Demarrias, 28 of St. Cloud, MN unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

Cynthia was born on October 23, 1992 to the late Kelly Robert Stone and Christina Demarrias in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was a doll when she was born. She was welcomed by her older sister Alysa Demarrias.

Kelly and his daughters moved back to North Dakota in early 2000’s.  They lived in Grand Forks, Devils Lake, and the Spirit Lake area.

Cynthia was a daughter, a sister, a niece, an auntie, a girlfriend, and a mother to her five beautiful children. In June 2014 Cynthia met Robert Hischase, Jr. while working at the Spirit Lake Casino from this relationship came their beautiful sons Wiyaka Hischase and Wakinyan Hischase. In 2018 she met Shelby Goodall while working at the Holiday Day Inn Express, from this relationship came their only daughter, Thea Maurice.

Cynthia was a private person but once you got to know her and spend time with her she was a person you can depend on. She was so adaptable to her surroundings and the people she met.  She enjoyed her time with family, her children and friends listening to music, eating, and all the simple things in life. Cynthia’s life on this earth was short, but the memories are many and in our hearts forever.

Cynthia is survived by her loving family, her mother Christina and her sister Alysa Demarrias. Her children Zayne Demarrias (Demarce family), Anthony Demarrias, Wiyaka Hischase, Wakinyan Hischase, Thea Maurice Goodall.   Her grandfathers, Francis (Frenchy) Brown, and Roger Cavanaugh, along with her uncles and aunts Mike (Darlene) Stone, of Grand Forks, Charles (Violet) Stone, of Sioux Falls, SD, Lynette Stone, of St. Paul MN, Collette (Jason J. Thompson) Brown, of Warwick, ND and Jason Brown, of Minnewaukan, ND; she has many cousins, but she was close with her immediate brother cousins Donovan & Jordon Stone. She was also adopted and survived by Janet White family, Cora Whiteman family, Misty Goodall family, and lastly Maggie Jones family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kelly Stone, uncles Steven & Eric Stone, grandmother Cynthia Stone, many cousins, and most recent cousin Michael Scott Stone.

Casket Bearers for Cynthia will be Donovan Stone, Jordan Stone, Charles Stone Jr., Steven Stone, Jonathan Stone and Wyatt Jetty.

The Wake for Cynthia will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Saint Michael Catholic Church with procession beginning at 5:00 p.m. from the Plaza parking lot. Rosary and Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s with Reverend Paul Schuster celebrating the Mass. Burial will be in St. Jerome’s Cemetery.
