Diane M. Pacheco, 50 of Devils Lake ND formerly of Chicago, Illinois passed away after a long battle with cancer on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Eventide Heartland Care Center, Devils Lake. 

No local services are planned so no local family for flowers and memorials gifts. 

Diane Mary Moore, was born on September 15, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of William and Diane (Dehenny) Moore. She was reared and educated in the Chicago area. She was employed with the city of Chicago in the Streets and Sanitation Department for many years. 

She married John Pacheco and they lived, worked and raised a family together through the years. Diane has made her home in Devils Lake for the past year or so. 

Diane's loving family include her children Rebecca, Jacob and Antonio; mother Diane Moore; siblings Chad Taylor, Mary (Tono) Vasquez, Dawn Moore, Liz (Jose) Moore, Theodore (Kristi) Moore, Stephanie Moore and Debra (Louis) Velez; sister-in-law Theresa Preciado; brother-in-law Mike Pacheco; many nieces, nephews, cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her father William Moore and husband John Pacheco.
