Robin Kay Blazer of Devils Lake, ND passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND

Robin Kay Blazer (Mackey) was born August 7, 1961 to Ralph and Bernice (Anderson) Mackey. She was raised and educated in Edmore, ND, graduating from Edmore High School.

Robin met the love of her life, Brad Blazer in 1999. Robin married Brad, May 4, 2002. They enjoyed spending time with friends and family, watching the Minnesota Vikings. One of her biggest disappointments, never seeing the Vikings win the Super Bowl.

Robin enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She was a true matriarch to her grandchildren and was greatly involved in their upbringing. One of her deepest passions was caring for animals. She would take in any animals that needed a home and save every stray animal that she could.

Robin is survived by her loving family. Her two children Noelle Crockett and Tyler (Chelsea) Crockett; eight grandchildren Shalee Charboneau, Jayden Charboneau, Jasmine Charboneau, Sienna Lunak, Nevaeh Lunak, Tre Johnson, Cadynn Crockett, and Jace Crockett; many great grandchildren; mother Bernice Mackey; sister Leslie Ploeger.

Robin was preceded in death by her husband Bradley Blazer, father Ralph Mackey, brother Shawn Mackey.

Funeral Services for Robin will be held at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake, ND on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Sue Mackey officiating.
