Timothy Allen Gee

Timothy Allen Gee, of Devils Lake, North Dakota passed suddenly on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at his home.

Tim was born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania on June 24, 1969 to Shirley (Graff) and Wayne Gee. Tim was the baby and joined his older brothers Chuck and Darwin at home. He grew up surrounded by family with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved and enjoyed his jokester ways. Few pictures can be found of him being serious, he always had a joke and was the best at making you laugh and probably roll your eyes. Tim grew up enjoying the outdoors hunting, fishing, and traipsing around the hills of Woodhull, NY where he spent his younger years.

After graduating from Addison High School in 1987 Tim moved with his parents to North Dakota where he worked with his dad for a time at Noodles by Leonardo in Cando, ND. Later he made a life raising his daughter Kayla and worked as a roofer. Tim spent many years at Target Roofing where he made many friends and learned many skills, eventually earning his crane certifications and becoming a crane operator. He traveled all over North Dakota in his crane, work he enjoyed immensely.

Tim was an outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and was an avid fisherman who couldn't wait for the ice to cover Devils Lake, where he would be found pulling some monster walleye or Northern out of the ice with a good buddy by his side, and warming up later with a beer and a game of pool at Nellies Bar. He made friends easily and came to love many of them like family, holding a special place in his heart for friends Mike Rodriguez Jr. and Donovan Olson.

Tim loved his family immensely and took the most pride in raising his daughter Kayla and enjoyed watching her grow into a beautiful young woman, and mother raising his four amazing grandchildren. Tim loved his grandchildren with all of his heart, he was their biggest supporter in all they did and enjoyed watching them conquer their goals as they grew. He loved to watch them play sports and was their biggest fan even when he couldn't be there in person.

Tim was welcomed into his heavenly home by his mom and dad, Shirley and Wayne. He is survived here on earth by his daughter Kayla (Randy) Crist and his amazing grandchildren Kariauna, Harley, Harlow, and Kristopher of Devils Lake, ND. At home in New York, Tim leaves behind his brother Chuck (Debbie) Gee and beloved nieces Crystal (Austin) Welch of Woodhull, NY and Renee (Jimmy) Milton of Bolivia, North Carolina. Brother, Darwin Gee and beloved nieces Felicia Gee of Columbia, South Carolina and Daisy Gee of Geneseo, NY.  Timmy also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved great nieces Makenna, Kayleen, and Chelsi who will miss his goofy antics greatly.

A Celebration of Timmy's life will be held in Devils Lake at a future time and date decided by Kayla. There will also be a celebration of life held in New York at a time and date decided by Timmy's brothers.
