Trinity E. Lang

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake with a time of prayer and remembrance at 7:00 p.m. led by Reverend Mr. Ken Severinson, Deacon. Mass of Christian Burial for Trinity will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Reverend Michael Schommer celebrating the Mass. Burial in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, followed by a time of fellowship at the Parish Center. 

Trinity "Trin" Lang left this world surrounded by love at Vibra Hospital in Fargo on Thursday, August 14th, 2025.

Trinity Eugene Lang was born on December 11, 1972 in Devils Lake. Trin was the son of Eugene and Alpha (Berg) Lang. He graduated from Devils Lake High School with the Class of 1991. Trinity became a father to Seth Trinity in 1992.

Trin worked at Leevers County Market through his high school years, and then worked for Soo-Line Railroad, and R & R Contracting. Trin decided to continue his education at Lake Region State College and the University of ND, graduating with a degree in Social Work. Trin then worked for Burdick Job Corps and Vaaler Insurance in Grand Forks.

Trin had a passion for attending the races at the Devils Lake Speedway or River City Speedway over his lifetime making many lifelong friendships. He loved an opportunity to do some grilling while enjoying the company of family and friends. He treasured all the memories that were made hunting and staying at the "Trabin" over the years.

Trin is survived by his son Seth; brothers and sisters-in-law Todd (Shannon) Lang of Harwood and Troy (Geralyn) Lang of Fargo. Several nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Baby Girl Lang.

Urn Bearers will be Jason Toso, Bob Owens, Paul Dahlen, Eric Burton, Ervin Lang, Todd Lang and Troy Lang.
